Laurie Bice is an accomplished attorney and business owner with more than 20 years of experience representing clients in family law, employment matters, real estate, and estate planning. Known for her caring, dedicated, and pragmatic approach, Laurie combines her legal knowledge with a genuine commitment to helping clients navigate some of life’s most challenging moments.
Laurie earned her Bachelor of Arts from Penn State University before attending Widener University School of Law. During law school, she worked in the University’s Civil Law Clinic, where she gained hands-on experience advocating for community members with legal issues. She also excelled in Environmental Law Studies and coauthored a published article on sustainability.
After receiving her Juris Doctor, Laurie served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Victor Ashrafi, who was later appointed to the Appellate Division. She also clerked for two other New Jersey Superior Court judges in civil and family divisions. These roles provided her with invaluable insight into judicial decisionmaking and strengthened her ability to craft persuasive, wellreasoned legal arguments.
Laurie’s experience includes serving as a Guardian for incapacitated individuals, ensuring that their financial, health, and emotional needs are met with dignity and compassion. Prior to joining Edens Law Group, she practiced at the Law Offices of William J. Courtney and later founded her own firm, Bice Law LLC, where she built a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and unwavering client support.

When she is not helping clients, Laurie enjoys spending time with her family and her rescue dogs.
