Elle Rave, APM.

With a passion for people and empathy for difficult situations, Elle loves empowering clients and finding middle ground through mediation. Elle was a partner at Rave & Roulhac Mediation for several years before joining Edens Law Group.  As an Accredited Professional Mediator by the New Jersey Association for Professional Mediators, she has met the stringent criteria and experience necessary for this distinction.  Elle’s temperament, experience, and understanding of family law allow her to provide an excellent option for couples who are considering mediating their divorce process.  In situations where there is mutual respect and a desire to keep costs down, mediation can be a wonderful solution.  If there are children in the family, Elle believes in putting the needs of the children first and using that goal as a beacon to guide negotiations.

​Elle has been a small business owner for many years, doing freelance work and other services.  She has a robust professional background in communications, administration, and public relations. She won several awards for PR and communications in business consulting promotion, media and public outreach.

​Elle has been privileged to volunteer in her local community in many different capacities, especially as it relates to families and children. Elle is on the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators.  She has been committed to working with families who have been affected by a loved one’s addiction to drugs or alcohol.   Elle is most proud of the 3 children she has raised, administrating her town’s summer swim team, and volunteering for her local school and parish.
