Ann Margot Edens, Esq.

For the last three decades, Ann Edens has been dedicated to serving her clients with the highest level of respect and compassion for each individual case. As a Founding Partner with Edens Law Group, Ann delivers exceptional legal counsel to help her clients overcome the obstacles they face with confidence. Her passion for Family Law and wealth of knowledge make her a valuable resource for anyone facing legal struggles.

After earning her Bachelor of Arts degree with a Sociology Major and Psychology Minor from Drew University, Ann went on to attend Yeshiva University Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and Seton Hall Law School Institute of Dispute Resolution. Following law school, she opened Iandoli & Edens and has focused on Family Law throughout her career. Her partner, Josephine Iandoli retired in 2015 and subsequently the firm became know as Edens Law Group.

In addition to Family and Matrimonial Law, along with Divorce Mediation, Ann is heavily involved in adoption cases. Having been adopted herself, and adopting two kids of her own, this is an area that is close to her heart. She is a DCP&P-approved adoption attorney. She is also designated as one of the adoption attorneys recommended by the prestigious Spence-Chapin Adoption Agency in New York City.

Building connections and impacting lives in a direct way are what Ann loves most about her work. When she’s not busy strategizing with clients, Ann is often giving back with her time. That includes the Women’s Center at Centenary College and the Women’s Center at County College of Morris. She also serves as a volunteer Court Appointed Mediator for the Pilot Economic Mediation Program for the Superior Court in Morris County and for the Morris County Early Settlement Program.

Outside of work, you can find Ann spending time with her family, traveling, reading, and being outdoors. She especially enjoys scuba diving, sailboat racing, paddle boarding, and other adventures that keep her active.
